So there’s this thing now called super-foods, perhaps just a reinvention of varieties of foods humans have always had access to or a culmination of being a global community and gaining access to what previously we may not have been able to. The fact is we can choose from a range of things to include in our smoothies or sprinkle on our morning granola and gather the best of what the planet has to offer.

Taking extra steps to buy organic, and eat vegan and centered around specific foods for my condition I thought I was starring with this whole food thing, and then someone showed me this amazing super-food made from phytoplankton, the food of whales and sea life. It makes sense, the ocean; I mean seaweed have properties in it that are not available anywhere else on earth, so yeah, why not eat whale food too! These bio-available products are processed to be easily absorbed by humans, topically or ingested, and it seriously took my health to another level. I took it for six weeks and could not believe the rejuvenation I had physically. I had become well with Chinese Medicine but now I was energetic, sleeping very well, waking up feeling fantastic and my sugar cravings were gone!
